The industrial revolution of the mid-20th century ushered in the era of robotics, which freed up people to work in more efficient and cost-effective ways.
Today, the revolution machine is a relatively cheap and easy-to-use gadget.
It is used by almost everyone from the poor to the rich and it is widely used.
It can be programmed to do tasks such as fetching coffee, delivering a package or taking a photograph.

Professor Boon said he hoped the machines would be used by the general public, because he wanted to give them a wider appeal than just the wealthy.
“The idea is that they can be used for everyday activities like shopping or to get around in their own vehicles, which will also reduce the need for people to take care of their own homes,” he said.
There are several other devices that are still being developed and that have the potential to revolutionise the way people work.
Robotics is one of the biggest new technologies, but it has a long way to go before it becomes widely adopted.
