Jai-Ave Machine Tools Showcases Its ‘Jai’ Versions

New Zealand’s Jai machine tool maker, the world’s first machine toolmaker, announced Wednesday that it will release two new models, one with a Jai and one with the ‘Jaa’ name, to coincide with the new year.

Jai-ave’s newest machine tool, a Jaa, is a modernized, high-quality, lightweight, all-weather, precision-sanding blade with an ergonomic grip and a fully adjustable, dual-lobe, single-hand grip.

It has a 12.7″ blade with a 6.5″ cutting capacity.

The other machine tool is Jai, a more traditional, hand-sanded, high quality machine tool with a 13.5″-blade.

Both machines have an interchangeable, multi-tool, 3-blade hand-held, multitool handle that can be used with or without a tool belt.

“Jai is now in the market to provide quality tools that will be popular with all of our customers.””

I’m thrilled to see Jai continue to advance and expand Jaa into new categories, including cutting, carving, and shaping,” said Jai CEO and founder, James Hargreaves.

“Jai is now in the market to provide quality tools that will be popular with all of our customers.”

Jai will be available in New Zealand, Australia, the U.S., Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, and the United Kingdom.

Jaa will be released in January 2019.

The company’s Jaa and Jaa-branded machines are expected to be available for the 2017 season.
